Upper West Market is not another food hall. It is a convergence of quality products and a commitment to supporting local communities and brands. Thirty three stalls - each exclusively for lease to local producers - fill the 9,000 square foot, open-air vendor area. While Building A’s first floor is reserved for local products, the second floor’s three suites, 13,000 square foot mezzanine level is available for office tenants.

Upper West Market’s vision is humble; to create and cultivate an accessible community that authentically bolsters local, fresh, and sustainable goods. If Upper West Market’s intention and goals align with yours, your brand has roots in Georgia or the Southeast, and your original concept would further contribute to Upper West Market’s established tenant base, please apply to join our community.

Georgia is fortunate to have numerous small farms; a strong backbone of fresh and local food. While some of these farms do not operate year-round, others might not have the resources to consistently provide items. To be able to still showcase these incredible farms while sustainably serving our community, UWM has dedicated seven stalls to a Farmers Co-Op.
